AF CLASSES ARE FOR MEMBERS ONLY
American Fitness offers members in good standing, a combination of in-person classes and a sampling of recorded classes. Over 25+ classes a week, all included in your membership! Our award-winning team of certified instructors and registered Yoga instructors are among the best the Grand Strand has to offer.

IN-PERSON CLASSES
We currently offer members a combination of in-person and recorded classes. Due to COVID-19, we are encouraging social distancing protocols and frequent hand-washing before and after each class. Please call (843)651-1111 if you have questions about what we’re doing to keep our members safe and healthy.

VIRTUAL (ZOOM) CLASSES
We are not currently offering zoom classes. See the monthly schedule for updates and notices.

RECORDED CLASSES
We offer members a sampling of recorded classes you can take when it’s convenient for you! Members must preregister so we can verify your membership. Once your membership has been verified, you’ll be granted full access to a library of classes you can do at any time. Not yet a member? Click here for membership information.
