Ladies Only Gym
Adjacent to the ladies’ locker room, you’ll find a private ladies-only gym that’s open 24-7 for your use. This gym is equipped with TVs, weights, and a variety of fitness equipment for you to enjoy in private.
Tanning

Daycare
American Fitness does not offer daycare at this time. However, we often offer cheer, dance, and tumbling classes for children. Click here to learn more. Members are welcome and encouraged to use our facility while your child is in class. We also have a comfortable waiting area you’re free to enjoy instead.
Functional Fitness and Heavy-Lifters Room
Are you looking for a more “cross-training” experience? At American Fitness, you’ll find the best of both worlds – a traditional gym facility with over ten tons of free weights and state-of-the-art fitness equipment, heavy-lifters, and a functional fitness room available for your use. Dry Sauna/Locker Rooms
In addition to our spacious, and clean locker rooms with ample shower stalls, you’ll find a dry sauna available for use. Please bring your own towels. To keep your personal belongings safe, please bring your own padlock. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
