AF CLASSES ARE FOR MEMBERS ONLY
American Fitness offers members in good standing, a combination of in-person classes, virtual (Zoom) classes, and a library of recorded classes. Over 25+ classes a week, all included in your membership! Our award-winning team of certified instructors and registered Yoga instructors are among the best the Grand Strand has to offer.

IN-PERSON CLASSES
Due to COVID-19, space is limited for all in-person classes. In-person classes are currently on a first-come, first-serve basis, and require sign-in at the front desk. Click here for procedures.

VIRTUAL (ZOOM) CLASSES
